INSTALLATION
Although we have designed our systems to be user friendly in terms of installation, we highly recommend that only Robway trained personnel attempt to complete installations and calibrations.
We would be happy to discuss your installation requirements with you at the time of quoting you a system price. Alternatively, you may wish to consider attending one of our training workshops.
TRAINING
Robway distributors are dedicated crane specialists who undergo intensive training at the company's Australian head office when joining the network.
Ongoing training in product advances and developments in crane safety ensure distributors maintain the high standards of technical competence and service which make Robway the preferred supplier in all of its geographic markets.
Our 2 day training course is proving extremely popular for both the end user and technicians responsible for installations and maintenance.
Our basic 2 day course is designed to provide attendees with a good basic understanding of the technology behind our systems and the "tricks of the trade" relative to calibration.
We can also provide a more detailed and "customer specific" course on request. The time table and course content can be tailored to suit your requirements.
